Hot Dip galvanizing is an effective method of metal anticorrosion
- Feb 08, 2018 -

Hot Dip galvanizing is also called hot dip zinc and hot dip galvanizing: It is an effective metal anti-corrosion way, mainly used in various industries of metal structural facilities.

Hot-dip galvanizing is the rust-removing steel immersed in 500 ℃ of molten zinc, so that the surface of the steel members adhere to the zinc layer, so as to prevent corrosion.

Hot-dip galvanizing is developed by an older method of thermal plating, which has been around for more than more than 170 years since it was applied to industry in France in 1836. In the past 30 years, with the rapid development of cold-rolled strip, the hot dip galvanizing industry has been developed on a large scale.
